Once your account is connected, a Dashboard button appears next to the date picker; it opens the Root Deliveries business portal (business.goerrand.com) in a new tab, where you follow drivers, claims and full delivery history. There is also a separate Claims item in the Deliveries menu, but in the current version it points to the same Deliveries page as the Deliveries item rather than opening the portal directly — use the Dashboard button described above to reach Claims and the rest of the portal.
