Turn on the Daily Order Limit toggle, set Max Number Of Orders, and set a window of Number Of Hours Before and Number Of Hours After the customer's chosen event time. At checkout the system counts every other catering order whose event time falls inside that before/after window around the new order's time; if the count is already at or above your Max Number Of Orders, checkout is blocked with: *"We can only serve N orders at the same time so please change your event time on [weekday, date] and try again."*
