What does the confirmation email a customer gets after skipping a delivery actually tell them?
The Subscription: Skip a delivery email confirms which date(s) were skipped and, if the skip moved the subscription's renewal date, it shows the renewal date changing from the old date to the new one. When a subscription has a renewal buffer date that differs from its renewal date, each side of that change is shown as a window (buffer date – renewal date) rather than a single date, so the customer can see when the next charge window now opens as well as when it lands, not just the final renewal date. If the renewal date didn't change, that section is left out of the email entirely. This email is sent when the customer skips a delivery themselves from their subscription page on the customer site; an admin pausing/skipping a delivery day for a customer from the subscription's admin detail page does not trigger it.
