A logged-in customer visiting the catering ordering page sees, in order: (1) Choose a Venue — only if the Venues module is on and venues are allowed for catering; (2) Choose a Date, with an Event Time picker (and an End Time field if either "Show End Time on Catering Ordering" is turned on or venues are enabled for catering); (3) Choose Meals, the actual catering menu for that date, filterable by search/sort/category and toggles for allergens, dislikes, premium, and custom-tagged meals. They add items to a cart and check out like any other order.
