The Catering Dashboard is a day-by-day snapshot of catering + events activity for one delivery/pickup date. At the top it shows five KPI tiles — Orders to deliver, Orders to pickup, Orders to serve, Meals for delivery, Meals for pickup — each with a percentage change versus the same weekday one period back. If Proposals is enabled you also get five status tiles — New Leads, Awaiting Reply, Signed Proposals, Past Due, Upcoming Events — that link straight into the Events list filtered by status, plus a Today's Menu shortcut card into the catering menu builder. Alongside all that: an Available Dates calendar, and (when Proposals is on) collapsible panels for Events, Templates, Calendar (next 10 upcoming events) and Settings shortcuts. If any events have failed automatic charges, a red banner lists them with a link to each event.
