It's a sales/revenue report, not a prep report: for the selected date range it groups every catering checkout that isn't attached to a proposal (status Paid/Completed/Partially-refunded-and-active) together with every proposal matching the account's Event Status to Include filter, by POS Category, showing quantity sold, gross sales, discounts, refunds and net sales per category, plus top-line KPIs — Total Orders, Total Items, Gross Revenue, Average Order Value — a Catering-vs-Events revenue split, and a payment-method breakdown (cash, card, etc.).
