When Categories is ticked for the Meals label, each meal category that has Show on labels enabled prints as a small coloured circle with the category's initials, using the category's background and text colours. Meals flagged Premium or with a custom tag additionally get a rounded badge with your Premium badge / Custom badge text and colours. Categories not marked to show on labels are ignored, so you can keep internal categories off customer-facing labels.
