The Cash Flow Report takes every accounting transaction in the selected date range and groups it into Operating Activities (Sales, Purchases, Inventory, Payroll, Sales Taxes, Other), Investing Activities (Property, Plant, Equipment; Other) and Financing Activities (Loans and Lines of Credit; Owners and Shareholders; Other) — each showing the categories involved and a Net Cash from [group] total. A separate Overview section shows your Starting Balance and Ending Balance (based on your Cash and Bank / Money in Transit accounts), together with Gross Cash Inflow, Gross Cash Outflow and Net Cash Change for the period — those three figures apply to that balance overview, not to each activity group. Click Export CSV to download it as cashflowreport.csv. It needs the Accounting module, the Cashflow permission and the Base, Pro or Enterprise plan (or the BI unlocker module); otherwise an upgrade page is shown.
