Meal Prep › Cooking Reports › By Pounds Report (only with the By The Pounds module) lists every By The Pounds order line in the date range, one row per customer order: Client (name and Order # link), QNT (quantity with your BTP unit) and one column per BTP option (e.g. Proteins, Carbs, Veggies) listing the ingredients the customer picked. The card title is your Order: By The Pounds › BTP: Title setting. It is a per-customer view; the cooking totals for the same orders are in the Cooking Report's BTP section and in the shopping lists.
