Marketing > Giftcards opens with four KPI cards: Active (count and "$X outstanding"), Redeemed (count and value redeemed), Cancelled ("Voided cards") and Total Value Sold (active + redeemed). Below are three tabs:

• Active — ID, Code, Value, Sent to (name and email), Delivery (scheduled date with a Sent/Pending badge, or Immediate), Checkout (link to the order), Created on.
• Redeemed — ID, Code, Redeem on (date and redeeming customer ID), Value, Sent to, Checkout, Created on.
• Cancelled — ID, Code, Value, Sent to, Checkout, Created on.

Each table has the standard search box; click a card's ID to open it.

Note: because of how redemption is recorded when a customer redeems at checkout (see the redemption question), such a card can remain listed under Active and counted in the Active KPI instead of moving to Redeemed, even though it has already been used.
