This automation deletes old admin activity-log entries (login history, change history) once they pass your retention window, set by Client Config, tab Business: Website, field "How many days of admin activity to keep before it's automatically dropped" (default: 90 days). It works through large logs in batches so it doesn't slow down your store while it runs. This activity log is also what Sprwt's automated bot/abuse detection relies on, so shortening the retention window reduces how far back that evidence trail reaches if it's ever needed.
