It marks their account as suspended. Suspended users move to the Blocked/Suspended tab, and the moment that happens, every page load stops treating them as logged in — so they're blocked from signing in (admin panel or customer site) even with a valid saved session. It does not delete any of their data, orders, subscriptions, or balance.
