When menus are displayed by category, meals that have no category are collected in an uncategorized group. Show Uncategorized Meals = Yes (default) shows that group on the A la Carte, Catering, in-store and View Menu pages; No hides those meals from the categorised listing. Use No if you want only properly categorised meals to be visible, but remember the hidden meals are then not orderable from those pages.
