With Business: Labels > Show Sub-Ingredients on label = Yes (the default) the ingredient line prints compound ingredients with their components in brackets, e.g. Pesto (basil, pine nuts, olive oil). Set it to No to print only the top-level ingredient names, with no sub-ingredient breakdown. In both cases ingredients marked hide from customers are left out, and if the meal recipe is set to use manually-typed ingredients text (rather than the ingredient list), that manual text is printed instead of either version.
