It's a Client Config toggle (tab Theme: Kitchen) that lets Sprwt automatically carry forward the most recent prior day's menu into an upcoming delivery date that has nothing scheduled at all, across every sales channel. Turning it off means missing menus are simply left empty — useful if you'd rather build every menu by hand and just be warned (using the companion Send Email setting) instead of having Sprwt guess for you.
