The Select Modules field (shown as Modules in the list) is a set of tags - Meal Prep, Catering, In-Store, Realtime, POS, Wholesale, Retail - limited to the modules you have active. Its only effect is filtering: when you click Select A Preset Menu on a menu page, the dialog's module dropdown is pre-set to the current channel (Catering on the Catering Menu, POS on the POS Menu, and so on) and only presets tagged with that module are listed. Choose All in that dropdown to see every preset regardless of tags. Tags do not restrict where a preset can be applied.
