Save address to profile and use for all future deliveries writes your entered shipping details back onto your account so future orders default to it (this also happens automatically the first time you enter a shipping address, even without checking the box, if your profile has no shipping address saved yet). Use this as my billing address copies the same shipping details into the billing form on the next step, saving you from retyping it.
