Add-ons that Sprwt must set up manually (for example services with onboarding, or items priced per project) show an orange Request Quote button instead of Get Started. Clicking Buy on such an add-on does not charge your card; it emails Sprwt support a quote request containing your user details, the add-on name and the quantity you chose, and shows the add-on's confirmation message (typically that the team will contact you). If the email cannot be sent you see "Try Again!". Support then replies with pricing and activates the service on your account once agreed.
