Some add-ons (currently Custom Feature) require activation by the Sprwt team rather than an instant charge. Their card shows an orange Request Quote button and the pop-up still lets you pick a tier (Minor or Major) and press Buy, but no card is charged. Instead Sprwt emails your request (your user details, the add-on and quantity) to Sprwt support and shows the add-on's confirmation message; a team member follows up with a scope and quote. If the email cannot be sent you see Try Again!.
