Included subscription meals are prepaid by the plan rate and carry a $0 amount on the meal-selection order, so Refund on such a meal moves no money: it voids the meal (shown struck through in red), frees the slot (an Add button reappears) and lowers the day's Selected count. If the meal line has an amount (a surcharge, portion upgrade or à la carte meal), the refund is recorded against that order's refund total and the order is marked partially refunded; the customer receives the refund through the store's usual refund method. Skipping a day refunds paid extras on that date to the customer's digital wallet.
