With Yes (default) the proposal editor (standard proposals only, not Personal Chef) has a Menu Notes box, and whenever the proposal is printed or generated as a PDF, any saved Menu Notes (along with Dietary Restrictions and Beverage Notes, if filled in) are included on the printout. With No, the Menu Notes field and that printed section are hidden. Note that this only affects the printed/PDF version - Menu Notes are not shown on the normal on-screen customer proposal page. It is also available as Show Notes in Events on the Catering Settings page.
