Switch on Price Per Person in the Info section and enter a per-guest rate. A small table then shows Number Of Guests × Price Per Person = Total, and Sprwt charges guests × rate instead of the individual meal prices: meals you add still appear on the proposal, BEO and PDF (so the customer sees the menu) but their unit price and total columns are hidden and their price is treated as 0 in the cart. Labor & Equipment and Invoice Items are still added on top. The meals profit-margin row is hidden in this mode because it no longer applies.
