Some kitchens store net weight in pounds/kilograms but must print ounces on packaging. Setting Override Net Weight on label to OZ to Yes makes the Net Weight line on printed meal labels (and the Net Weight field label in the meal editor) read OZ instead of the system weight unit. It only changes the unit text; enter the value already expressed in ounces on each meal.
