By default the sub-recipe's food cost is calculated from its ingredients and the Ingredients COGS per Qty field is hidden. Turn on Override Food COGS to reveal the field and type your own cost; Sprwt then stops recalculating it from ingredients (both on save and when ingredient prices change) and uses your value for meal costs and reports. Turn it off again to return to automatic calculation.
