This depends on the delivery route's Charge only one fee per day of pickup? toggle (Delivery > Transporters, edit the Uber Direct route). When it's on, the Uber Routes page groups all of a customer's orders for the same address into one collapsible group header showing the order count, with a single Request / Cancel Courier / Track control: one courier is requested for the whole group and the same tracking link applies to all of them. Orders that already have their own individual courier are shown as a separate group labeled [Individual Delivery] with their own controls. When the toggle is off, every order gets its own Request/Cancel/Track controls.
