Menu top position (Theme > Navigation) decides whether the main navigation links sit on the left (next to your logo) or on the right (next to the cart icon and Login/Register or the customer avatar) in the standard header. The default is Right. When the header is too narrow the remaining links collapse into a MORE dropdown automatically.
