It tells you who created the order:

• Customer badge — the customer placed it themselves (website or app); the name links to their profile.
• Admin badge — a staff member created it (for example through Checkout As or the POS); the staff member's name is shown and linked.
• System (Automatic) with a Cron badge — Sprwt generated it automatically, typically a subscription renewal.
