Choosing a Proposal in the task window attaches the task to that catering/event proposal, so it also shows in the proposal's Tasks tab and the proposal's employees can track it there. Leave it as — No Proposal — for general kitchen or office tasks. The selected proposal must exist ("Invalid Proposal ID!").
