Limit Per Membership Plan restricts the coupon to customers who currently belong to the selected membership plan. Choose a plan from the dropdown ("Select A Membership Plan" means no restriction). Customers on a different plan, or on no plan, see "This coupon is not valid". If the plan you selected no longer exists, saving fails with "The membership plan set is not valid!".
