Sprwt features are unlocked in two ways: by the plan your account is on (Seed, Starter, Base, Pro or Enterprise - the plan name is stored on your account) and by modules purchased individually (for example Catering, SMS, Klaviyo, Business Intel. Unlocker). What happens when you open a page you're not entitled to depends on which kind of gate it is: pages gated by a module typically redirect you straight back to the admin home, while several plan-gated pages (for example the Taxes, Meal, Pack and Cash Flow reports, which require at least the Base/Bloom plan) instead show an upgrade screen comparing plan tiers, with a button to request that upgrade. The Modules box on Settings > Billing shows what is active; Support > Addons is where extra modules and services are bought; plan changes go through the upgrade screen or support.
