Some meals (or portion sizes) carry a surcharge on top of the plan. Included Surcharge Meals is the number of such premium meals the customer may pick per delivery without paying the surcharge; it is copied from the plan price when the subscription is bought and can be edited inline on the subscription. Surcharge meals chosen beyond that number are charged on the meal-selection order. Auto-select will fill included surcharge slots only when Client Config > Order: Subscription > Allow AutoChoose Included Surcharge Meals? is Yes.
