This is a Client Config setting (tab Business: General, field Finish Production Automation Delay (days)) that controls how many days past a delivery date Sprwt waits before automatically closing it (if it's still open) and marking it finished — removing it from your active production/cooking reports. A higher number keeps a delivery date visible in your production reports for longer after it's passed.
