When turned on, a new order also triggers a native browser/device notification — the kind that can appear even when the Sprwt tab isn't focused, using your browser's own notification feature. Your browser will prompt you to allow notifications the first time this happens.

It requires a secure connection (HTTPS, or a local test environment). On an iPhone or iPad using Safari, the site must be installed as a home-screen app; otherwise this feature silently does nothing on those devices.
