It is the customer-facing name of the credit-package feature (default Credit Package). It is used as the fallback line-item name in the cart and checkout when a package itself has no title set (if both are blank, the fallback text Purchase Credit is used instead), and as the label of the Purchase Credit link available in the Menu Builder. Requires the Credit Packages module; packages themselves are created under Settings > Kitchen Settings > Credit Packages.
