Continue to Next Step (top right of /admin/onboarding) marks onboarding as skipped for the account: the dashboard stops redirecting you to the checklist so you can use the admin normally. It does not complete any tasks and does not turn the onboarding flag off, so the ONBOARDING ribbon and the Initial Onboarding Setup header link remain and you can return to the checklist or the guided wizard at any time. Once skipped, the button no longer appears.
