The POS UI hides menu items the current employee's permission profile doesn't grant. For example, the Orders tab only shows if the profile has "List Orders", and the Customers tab only shows with "List Customers". In the current version, the Reports tab is actually gated by the "List Transactions" permission rather than a separate reports permission, and the Transactions tab itself isn't gated by any specific POS permission. If something looks unavailable, it's most likely a POS employee-profile permission setting, not a bug.
