A per-kitchen-location weekday grid (Mon–Sun) that determines which days that kitchen can start catering fulfilment. It only shows if you have permission to list kitchen locations and at least one kitchen location exists on the account (it is not limited to accounts with multiple locations — one location is enough for the card to appear, with its own tab). During onboarding, before an account has gone live, if a kitchen has no day checked here, staff trying to build a catering menu for that location hit a blocking "Fulfillment Days Missing" pop-up (linking to that kitchen location's settings) instead of the normal meal-selection screen.
