It means the money from this payment is still settling. Stripe holds new card funds for a few days before they become available to pay out; the date shown is when this payment's funds move from pending to available. Until then the payment counts toward the Estimated figure on the Balance page but cannot be included in a payout. Once the date passes the badge changes to a green available and the Timeline step becomes Balance available.
