When set to Yes (and the Venues module is active), catering customers can pick an event venue as the fulfilment destination in the cart and in proposals, instead of only a delivery address or pickup location. When No, the venue step is hidden from the cart and proposals — but the admin Event Venues page itself stays reachable so you can still add and manage venue records for later.
