Meal cards can show a small allergen badge listing the allergens in that meal. With Show always (default) the badge appears for every meal that has allergens. With Hide when no allergen is set on profile, the badge is only shown to customers who have saved at least one allergen in their profile, keeping cards cleaner for everyone else.
