What do "You already clocked in!", "You need to clock in first!" and "You don't have shift set for the current time!" mean?

  • "You already clocked in!" – there is already an open timecard (no clock-out) for that shift. Clock out first, or ask a manager to close the timecard in Timesheets.
  • "You need to clock in first!" – you tried to clock out without an open timecard.
  • "You don't have shift set for the current time!" – the shift you are clocking in/out of does not exist (it may have been deleted). Managers can still record hours manually with Add Timecard in Timesheets.
  • "Invalid employee schedule" – the shift reference is missing; reload the dashboard.
