• Capacity — the maximum number of guests. On a proposal, selecting the venue shows a Capacity: N guests badge and an orange warning if the guest count entered is higher; on the online-ordering venue card it shows a plain Capacity line. It is a warning, not a hard block — you can still save.
• Fixed Price — shown on the venue card in Catering Online Ordering as Fixed Price.
• Price Per Hour — stored with the venue; in the current version it is not displayed on the venue card or the proposal.
• Delivery Fee — when a customer books the venue through online ordering, this amount becomes the order's shipping charge for that venue (it can be waived by a free-delivery discount).

Values of 0 in any of these fields are stored as empty and hidden.
