The four tiles at the top of the dashboard summarise the selected delivery date for the selected kitchen (or all kitchens in Global View), excluding catering and expense-type orders:

• Orders to Deliver – number of checkouts with the delivery shipping method. Opens the Delivery report.
• Orders to Pickup – number of checkouts with the pickup shipping method. Opens the Pickup report.
• Meals to Serve – total meals to produce: menu meals (including retail stock needs), plus one per By-the-Pound item and one per Custom Meal Builder order. Opens the Meals by Day report.
• Uber Routes – checkouts assigned to the Uber Direct transporter. Opens Request Uber Deliveries.
