The cards change with the tab you are on. On Active: Total Active Subscriptions (auto-renew on and not cancelled), Total Recurring Revenue (the sum of the current renewal rate of all active subscriptions, labelled "Monthly recurring") and Total Errors (active subscriptions whose last automatic renewal failed). On Paused the first card becomes Total Paused Subscriptions and the revenue card shows the combined rate of paused subscriptions; the error card is hidden. On Cancelled only Total Cancelled Subscriptions is shown. Clicking the Total Errors card applies the Error = Yes filter to the table.
