Send to Shippo (Not Sent) / Resend to Shippo (Sent) appears in Quick Actions, for super admins only, on orders that were quoted a Shippo base rate; it pushes (or re-pushes) the order to Shippo as a shipment. Paid orders are also synced to Shippo automatically the moment Confirm Checkout Payment marks the order paid. Separately, when a delivery date has a Root Planner tracking code, the date section shows Root Planner: <code> linking to the customer's live tracking page at rootplanner.io.
