What do the Scheduled, Sent, Outbox and Error tabs on the Campaigns page mean?
The Campaigns page groups campaigns into four tabs; a background job re-evaluates each campaign's status roughly once a minute:
- Scheduled – saved, nothing sent yet. Columns: ID, Schedule Date, Name, Type, Total Recipients, Actions.
- Outbox – sending in progress: some recipients done, others still queued. Columns include Recipients shown as sent/total.
- Sent – every recipient has been handed to the provider. Columns add Opened and Clicked progress bars with a sub-line like 8 opened · 13 opens total.
- Error – at least one queued message failed with an error (a single failure is enough); the Errors column counts distinct error messages. Open the campaign to read them.
A cancelled campaign does not appear in any of these four tabs (they're filtered to statuses Error/Scheduled/Outbox/Sent). It still shows a Cancelled badge if you open it directly by its ID/URL, for example from a link you already have. You can search any tab by campaign ID or name, and the ID link or pencil icon opens the campaign.
