These set the defaults pre-filled on every new proposal (a staff member can still override them per-proposal): Default Down Payment Percentage (%) and Default Down Payment Fixed Value set how much of the total is due as a deposit, and Reminder Email Delivery Day is how many days before a payment's due date the system automatically emails the client a payment reminder.
