These five cards count work generated by orders placed in the selected period (not orders scheduled for delivery in that period):

• Orders to Deliver / Orders to Pickup – distinct orders with a delivery-method or pickup-method fulfilment, with status Unpaid, Paid or Partial Refund.
• Meals to Serve – meal lines on those orders that have not been refunded.
• Meals for Delivery / Meals for Pickup – the same meal lines split by the fulfilment method of their delivery date.

Because they follow the order date, use the fulfilment/cooking reports if you need "what must the kitchen produce on Tuesday".
