Each card counts the orders currently in one status:

• New Orders — "not yet started": received and waiting for Accept.
• Processing — "orders in preparation": accepted, meals being cooked.
• Orders Ready — "Finished orders": every meal is ready; waiting to be handed over or to have a courier requested.
• Waiting — "Orders fully prepared and waiting pickup": marked Ready for Pickup, or a courier has been requested and Uber is on the way.

The counts refresh after each action you take on the board.
