• Pickup Fee (label used on retail locations and pickup points) is the fee charged to the customer for picking up at this location. On wholesale locations the same field is labelled Cost to deliver.
• Reseller Payout Percentage (%) is stored with the location as a payout/cashback percentage. In the current version it is saved but nothing else in the codebase reads it, so treat it as informational unless another module uses it.
• Description is a short note (max 200 characters) shown to customers with the location - on the Grab&Go Drop-off Report each location prints its description under the address, and wholesalers see the exact same field labelled Opening Hours in their portal.
• Pickup Color / Pickup Text Color set the colour of the location's initials badge in admin lists.

Tax is not entered on the location: the State you select carries the tax rate defined under Business Settings > States.
